Educational Booth Information
General Information:
- Application Deadline is: Friday, August 11, 2023
- Educational Booths are FREE
- Friday Booth set-up will be from 1 p.m.-4 p.m. YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO SET UP ON FRIDAY (August 18th)
- Saturday Booth set-up begins at 7 a.m. and must be completed by 9 a.m. (August 19th)
- Anyone arriving after 9 a.m. Saturday will be denied
- All booths must remain open until the end of the event at 6 p.m. on August 19th
- This event will go on rain or shine
- All Educational Booth items must stay within the booth area. No signage or other items of any kind are allowed outside of the booth.
- Provide a trash can for waste generated by your booth, there will be a dumpster on site
- Tables, Chairs, and Tents are not provided – please bring your own
- Tents must be freestanding and anchored with weights
- The Swain County Agricultural Fair Committee reserves the right to refuse ANY application according to the wishes of the committee
- All applicants/products must follow event policies
- Unless otherwise requested application confirmation will be processed via email.
- All spaces are reserved on a first come first serve basis.
