SHIIP Senior Health Insurance Information Program is a consumer information division of the NC Department of Insurance that assists people with choosing a Medicare Part D prescription drug plan.

Do You Need Help Paying for Your Medicare Prescription Medications?

If you answered yes to this question and have limited income and resources, you may qualify for ‘EXTRA HELP’ (the low-income subsidy) to pay your prescription drug costs. Receiving this help will not change your monthly Social Security benefits. (This program is not available to Medicaid recipients).

INCOME GUIDELINES are $1,471.25 per month for an individual and $1,991.25 per month for a couple living together.

Description: Improve your body, health and mindset! All fitness levels are welcome. Join us for a variety of exercise types: Strength Training, Step Exercise, Cardiovascular, and HIIT.

Outdoor spring classes with Instructor, Shaylina Cochran begins Monday, April 12.

1 Hour Workouts: $40 month, unlimited or $5 each workout (up to $40). Add a child for $5 a month with adult membership.

Description:

L.I.F.T. promotes team building and healthy lifestyle behaviors for adults of all ages and fitness levels.

Learn and practice exercises that will help improve strength, flexibility and balance.

The exercises are easily modified to be easier or more difficult depending on your physical ability.

Masks are required during the workout class.

Tuesdays and Thursdays
April 13th - May 13th
10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Registration is required. Class is limited to 8 participants.
