L.I.F.T. promotes team building and healthy lifestyle behaviors for adults of all ages and fitness levels.
Learn and practice exercises that will help improve strength, flexibility and balance.
The exercises are easily modified to be easier or more difficult depending on your physical ability.
Masks are required during the workout class.
