Description:

Get ready to move with confidence! 🌟

Join us this January for our Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention series—designed to boost strength, balance, and peace of mind.

  • Tai Chi for Arthritis was developed by medical professionals to improve flexibility, strength and fitness.
  • Tai Chi is a powerful mind-body exercise which helps to reduce stress and improve relaxation.
  • Tai Chi also helps to relieve pain, improve physical function, increase balance and reduce the risk of falls.

This 8-week series (16 classes total) gradually develops the skills and techniques introduced throughout the program. You’ll finish feeling stronger and steadier through consistent, mindful movement.

All 16 classes are required. Please keep this commitment in mind, as full participation is essential to achieving the goals of the program. Classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from January 6 through February 26, 2026.
