4-H Photography Contest 2023 Winners
Swain County 4-H youth (ages 5-18) had the opportunity to showcase their photography skills and capture the beauty of their surroundings at the same time in the first annual Swain County 4-H Photo Contest!

2023 WINNERS

Swain County - Through the Lens: Show off your hometown through the lens of your camera. Feature an event or location you love and declare your pride in where you live! This category will only be entered in the Swain County Agricultural Fair.

Natures's Beauty: Snap a picture of anything in nature. A beautiful waterfall or a horse galloping in a green pasture. Get creative and discover the nature around you.

Special Effects: Create photographs that have special effects either by snapping a photograph of a convex or concave reflection distorting the image or positioning the subject to look as if a tree branch is growing out of their ear. Have FUN with this category!
