CALLING ALL CRAFTERS, NON-PROFITS, ANTIQUE SELLERS, AND INDEPENDENT SALES CONSULTANTS:
The Swain County Agricultural Fair is hosting the fourth annual Spring Craft & More Fling for local crafters, non-profits, antique sellers, and independent sales consultants. The event will take place on Saturday, May 9, 2026 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Great Smoky Mountains Event Center at 1130 Hyatt Creek Road, Bryson City, NC.
Interested in being a Vendor in 2026?
Open to artisans and crafters, the Spring Craft & More Fling will also include antique sellers and independent sales consultants (Color Street, Thirty-One, LuLaRoe, etc.) along with an opportunity for local non-profit groups, such as youth organizations or churches, to set up a booth and sell their items.
Registration Information:
- 10' x 10' Booth Spaces Available
- $35 Early Bird by April 9
- $45 After April 9
- Electric Hook-up add on: $10 (optional)

Food trucks will be onsite offering a variety of food and beverage choices. Vendor fees will go to support this year's Swain County Agricultural Fair.

Event Policy and Procedures:
- Application AND Payment must meet the following deadlines: Early Bird (payment due by April 9) or After April 9 (payment due by May 1)
- Registration Fee: $35 Early Bird (by April 9) | After April 9: $45
- Additional Electric Hook-up Fee: $10 (optional)
- Vendor Fee Payment Options include: Check or Cash made payable to: Swain County Agricultural Fair, Attn: Melissa Vaughn, 60 Almond School Road, Bryson City, NC 28713 OR online payment available via AutoBooks (emailed invoice) + 3% processing fee
- Cancellation policy: if you are accepted, then you must cancel by 4pm on May 1 (Vendor Fee and/or Electric Hook-up Fee of $10 is non-refundable)
- Saturday Booth set-up begins at 8am and must be completed by 10am (May 9)
- Anyone arriving after 10am Saturday will be denied
- All booths must remain open until the end of the event at 4pm on May 9
- Gate closes at 6pm, booths must be taken down and moved by this time.
- Applicant must be present in booth throughout event
- A limited number of electrical hook-ups ($10) are available (first come first serve), otherwise bring your own generator if needed.
- Provide a trash can for waste generated by your booth, there will be a dumpster on site
- Tables, Chairs, and Tents are not provided – please bring your own (this is an outside event - open air arena is covered)
- Tents must be freestanding and anchored with weights. Tents are optional.
- Crafter, antique sellers, and independent sales consultants are welcome
- Also, non-profits such as youth organizations, church groups, etc. are welcome. Items sold can include handcrafted items, flowers and baked goods. For baked goods, contact Swain County Health Department for questions and/or permit, if needed.
- The Swain County Agricultural Fair Committee reserves the right to refuse ANY application according to the wishes of the committee
- All applicants/products must follow event policies
- No applicant will be accepted without meeting all above requirements
- Approved vendors must present confirmation certificate to event organizer before setting up booth on May 9.
