Walking is a great and simple exercise that’s good for nearly everyone. Walking is easy to do and doesn’t require any fancy equipment or expensive gym memberships.

Moving your body and getting fresh air can help you stay happy and healthy.

EASY & FUN
It’s no wonder we have a strong desire to explore mountains and enjoy being outdoors. Walking provides the opportunity to experience beautiful scenery and to exercise at the same time.

INCREASE ENDURANCE
Start at your own pace. You might be surprised at how you increase your endurance. Deep Creek provides several trails that will get your heart pumping.

MAKE NEW FRIENDS
We don’t like to brag, but we have a great group of people who share a fondness for being active and talking at the same time.

Meet at the Deep Creek Picnic Area parking lot. Wear comfortable shoes and dress in layers. Classes will meet on Wednesday during March and April.
